Generations is a day facility in Smithfield, RI, that provides services to meet the needs of adults with disabilities and the elderly. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where the elderly and people with disabilities can thrive. Our full-time staff includes Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and plenty of direct-care support staff on the floor at all times.
Our staff provides a range of adult day health services such as case management, nursing/health care, nutrition, medication administration, interdisciplinary care planning, and more. Our services are flexible so they can accommodate the various levels of physical, mental, health, and psychosocial development of the participants in our program.
We assist each person and offer daily choices for productive, worthwhile activities with a purpose, including individual classes and social activities, volunteering, performing arts, health/wellness, life skills, adult education, vocational support, community activities, or pursuing individual creative goals.
