Generations is an adult daycare center in Smithfield, RI, that provides services to meet the needs of adults with disabilities. Our mission is to provide supportive care to adults with disabling conditions and the elderly in cooperation with their families and other professionals. Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive. Our full-time staff includes Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and a plethora of direct-care support staff.
Our staff provides a range of adult day health services that include case management, nursing/health care, nutrition, medication administration, interdisciplinary care planning, and others. These services are organized to be flexible to meet the various levels of physical, mental, health, and psychosocial development of our participants.

Generations is a day facility providing attentive services that meet the needs of adults with disabilities. Our staff provides an array of support services to respond to the needs of our participants and the personalized objectives within their individual plans. The focus is to inspire and support each person so they make individual choices to increase their independence, build their self-esteem, maintain good health, learn new skills, and to live a meaningful and productive life.
